We have been a federally chartered corporation since 1982, licensed by the OACIQ (#A3302) to perform Real Estate transactions throughout the Province of Quebec. We collaborate with other licensed brokers.

Our clients have ranged from family businesses to multi-nationals. Our focus is on the Greater Montreal region, but if our clients require service outside of the area, we assist them on our own, or through our broker network.

For tenants and buyers: We deftly and professionally search the Real Estate market to identify suitable properties. We set up tours and create comparative tables, so you can choose the optimal property. If we believe that moving isn’t the right solution, we won’t be shy to tell you. If that’s the case, we can also help with lease renewal in your existing location.

For landlords and sellers: We can list and market properties for sale and/or for lease. Not only do we use internet marketing and databases, we also work the old-fashioned way by “cold calling & door knocking” whenever possible, to help find the right user for each property.
